2Account Terms

Creating an account allows access to saved searches, messaging, and personalized recommendations. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing their login credentials.

You must provide current and accurate information when registering and update it promptly if it changes. Misleading or false information may result in suspension or removal of the account.

Keep your password and account details confidential. Notify PrimeMFlat immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to another person without PrimeMFlat's prior written consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact PrimeMFlat support immediately so we can take steps to secure your account and contribute the incident.

PrimeMFlat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for operational reasons, including suspected fraud, safety concerns, or prolonged inactivity.

3Service Description

PrimeMFlat provides an online platform to discover, shortlist, and connect with premium residential properties and verified agents. Services include property search, messaging, scheduling viewings, and access to premium listings and promotional tools for sellers and agents.

PrimeMFlat may modify, add, or remove features and content from the platform at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or registered contact methods.

While PrimeMFlat aims to maintain reliable access, service availability may vary due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, or technical issues. PrimeMFlat will endeavor to restore access promptly when disruptions occur.

4User Conduct Rules

All users must follow these basic rules to maintain a safe and professional marketplace on PrimeMFlat.

• Provide truthful and non-misleading information in listings and profiles.
• Respect other users and avoid harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
• Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including unlicensed promotions or scams.
• Use the messaging and scheduling features only for legitimate inquiries related to property matters.
• Comply with applicable local regulations for property marketing and real estate agent licensing.
• Do not attempt to access or disrupt the platform's systems or harvest user data without authorization.
• Report suspected policy violations or unsafe listings to PrimeMFlat for review.

5User Content

Users may post listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, and messages. You remain responsible for your submissions and agree not to post content that violates rights or these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post, subject to any rights you grant to PrimeMFlat to host and display the content on the platform.

By posting content, you grant PrimeMFlat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post any images, descriptions, or documents. Misrepresentation, false claims, or unauthorized use of third-party material may result in removal and account action.

PrimeMFlat may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Users may request content removal and PrimeMFlat will evaluate requests in accordance with policy and legal requirements.

6Intellectual Property

All site content, including design, logos, text, and software, is the intellectual property of PrimeMFlat or its licensors. Users must not reproduce or reuse site materials without express permission.

• Do not copy or distribute PrimeMFlat site assets for commercial use without authorization.
